Effective September 9, 2026. These terms apply to bookings made through the Paparazzi app, paparazzivegas.com, or by text or email with Paparazzi Entertainment LLC ("Paparazzi", "we").
1. What you're booking
A photography session of the length you select (30, 60 or 90 minutes, or a custom corporate booking) with an independent professional photographer who uses the Paparazzi platform. Photographers are independent contractors, not employees of Paparazzi. Paparazzi provides the booking, payment, delivery and support platform.
2. Prices and payment
Session prices are shown before you book and are set by the photographer above a platform minimum. Payment is taken in full at booking through the app (Apple Pay or card) or by secure payment link. Group cost-splitting is available in the app. Tips are optional and go entirely to the photographer. Corporate and convention work is quoted per job and invoiced.
3. Cancellations and refunds
- Cancel 24 hours or more before the session start: full refund.
- Cancel within 24 hours of the session start, or no-show: no refund; payment is final and the photographer is paid.
- Reschedules requested 24+ hours ahead are free, subject to photographer availability. If your photographer can't accommodate the new time, we'll reassign or refund.
- If your photographer cancels, you receive a full refund or may choose another photographer at no extra cost.
- Sessions start at the booked time. Late arrival reduces your session time; it doesn't extend it.
4. Locations and access
Sessions take place in public spaces and in private spaces you control (your suite, rental or home). Casinos, hotel interiors, nightclubs, dayclubs, hotel pools and other private venues generally prohibit outside photographers; Paparazzi does not book sessions inside them and is not responsible if a venue refuses access. Your photographer will suggest alternatives.
5. The photos
Photos are delivered unedited, at full resolution, to your private in-app gallery after the session. Editing is an optional paid upgrade. You receive a personal, non-commercial licence to use, share and print your photos. Photographers retain copyright but agree not to publish client photos without permission; Paparazzi will not publish your photos without your permission. Delivery counts are approximate and depend on the session and the group. You have 72 hours after delivery to raise an issue; after that the session is deemed complete.
6. Conduct
Photographers are professionals working in public. Abusive, unsafe or illegal behaviour toward a photographer ends the session without refund. Paparazzi may remove clients or photographers from the platform at its discretion.
7. Gift sessions
Gift certificates are valid for 12 months from purchase, transferable to anyone booking a session in an active Paparazzi city, and not redeemable for cash.
8. Partners and photographers
Partner referral payouts ($50 per completed, non-refunded booking) and photographer payouts (60% of the session price plus 100% of tips) are processed weekly via Stripe. Separate agreements apply and are provided at sign-up.
9. Liability
Paparazzi's liability for any booking is limited to the amount paid for that booking. We are not liable for indirect losses, venue access decisions, weather, or the conduct of third parties. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.
